The Kallimos Team are experts in creating community cultures which enhance the well-being of all who live and work there.

Most of their work for the past 30 years has been devoted to changing the culture of traditional long-term care by humanizing environments and care practices.

Culture is made up of our deeply embedded beliefs, values, and assumptions which drive our behavior.
Culture in its simplest terms is “How we do things around here.”
