The Weaver

Each pocket neighborhood is staffed with one Weaver. A Weaver’s role includes:
Fostering a sense of shared community, and neighbors helping neighbors among all stakeholders.

 

Helping the neighbors become well-known and weaving a web of connections to support well-being. Assisting neighbors with their wellness goals, connecting them to resources. Working with the neighbors and the Keepers as a cross-functional, self-managed team.
